Terms

Last updated: September 18, 2026

These terms govern your use of the LiftVector website and hosted service. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

LiftVector provides attribution and financial recordkeeping tools. It does not send payouts or transfer funds. Merchants remain responsible for their affiliate agreements, reviewing amounts owed and making payments through their chosen payment process.

1. Agreement and authority

You may use LiftVector only if you can enter into a binding agreement. If you use it for an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these terms for that organisation.

2. The service and its results

LiftVector connects payment evidence with affiliate attribution, commission entries, statements and external payout records. Results depend on your campaign configuration, website integration and the completeness and accuracy of provider data. You are responsible for reviewing important results before relying on them or making a payment. LiftVector does not provide legal, tax, accounting or other professional advice.

3. Accounts and access

Keep your account credentials and invitation links confidential. Use only accounts and merchant workspaces you are authorised to access. Do not share credentials, bypass access controls or attempt to access another merchant’s or affiliate’s records. Merchants are responsible for granting appropriate workspace access. Affiliate participation requires an invitation to the relevant campaign.

4. Campaigns, commissions and payouts

Merchants are responsible for setting and communicating their campaign terms, complying with their agreements with affiliates, and meeting payment, tax and reporting obligations. These service terms do not replace the agreement between a merchant and an affiliate. Recording a payout in LiftVector is not a transfer of money or independent confirmation that a recipient received it.

Refunds, disputes and other corrections can change commission amounts. LiftVector preserves earlier financial records and records later adjustments. Disabling a campaign or affiliate does not by itself erase existing obligations or financial history.

5. Your data and lawful use

You keep your rights in the information you provide. You authorise us to process that information as needed to provide the service. You are responsible for having the necessary rights, permissions and lawful basis to provide account, affiliate, customer and payment information, including any notices or consent required by applicable privacy rules.

Do not use LiftVector to violate the law, another person’s rights or a provider’s terms, fabricate payment evidence, commit fraud or interfere with the service. How personal information is handled is described in our privacy notice.

6. Payment providers and third-party services

Connected payment providers and other external services are operated by third parties. Their terms, privacy policies, usage limits and charges apply when you use them. You are responsible for your provider accounts and for authorising connections. LiftVector does not control a third party’s availability, payment decisions or handling of data.

7. Features, updates and availability

Features may change as the product and third-party services evolve. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that every current integration will remain available indefinitely. We may provide changes needed for security, compatibility or legal compliance. Maintain the independent records you need to meet your own business and legal obligations.

8. Charges and access restrictions

If you purchase a paid service, its price, taxes, billing period and any additional purchase terms must be shown before you agree to pay. Refunds and withdrawal rights are governed by the applicable purchase terms and mandatory law. These terms do not establish a price, subscription or minimum commitment.

We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address fraud, security risks, unauthorised access or a material breach of these terms, subject to applicable law. An access restriction does not settle or cancel a merchant’s obligations to its affiliates.

9. Warranty and liability

LiftVector is provided with the level of care required by applicable law, but we do not promise uninterrupted operation or perfectly accurate results. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability, warranties or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when the product or legal requirements change. The page shows the current revision date. Updates apply only to the extent permitted by law and do not remove rights you already have under mandatory law. Material changes will be communicated where required by law.
