1. Account and program information

LiftVector processes account and sign-in information, company details, merchant memberships, affiliate contact information, invitations, campaign participation and commission terms. We use this information to provide accounts, control access and operate the program features you use.

2. Attribution and financial records

When a merchant connects a payment provider, LiftVector reads the payment evidence needed to reconcile attributed sales and commissions. Records can include provider account, customer, subscription and payment identifiers; referral references; payment amounts and currencies; refunds and disputes; commission entries; and external payout references. We use these records to explain balances, reconcile changes and preserve financial history.

Merchant members can access records within their authorised merchant scope. Affiliates receive access to their own campaign participation and related records, not unrestricted access to a merchant’s workspace.

3. This website and sign-in

The landing website serves static pages. It does not currently include analytics scripts, advertising trackers or browser preference storage. Delivering pages involves ordinary request data such as your IP address, browser information and the requested URL; hosting and network services may process this information to deliver and protect the site.

The separate LiftVector application uses cookies for authentication and request security. These are distinct from marketing or advertising tracking. Following a signup or login link takes you to that application.

4. Connected providers and other recipients

LiftVector exchanges data with the payment provider a merchant connects, including Stripe, as needed for the selected integration. Hosting and technical service providers may process data to operate the service. Information may also be disclosed where required by law. A provider’s own services are subject to its privacy policy and terms; review those before connecting an account or sharing data with it.

5. Purposes and legal bases

Where data protection law requires a legal basis, we process personal data as needed to provide the service under our agreement, comply with legal obligations, and pursue legitimate interests in securing the service, preventing misuse and maintaining reliable records. Where consent is required for a particular activity, that activity requires the relevant consent. Merchants are responsible for establishing a lawful basis and providing appropriate notices for data they bring into their programs.

6. Retention and corrections

We retain information as needed to operate the service, preserve financial records, resolve disputes and meet applicable legal obligations. Disabling a campaign or affiliate does not automatically erase historical records. Commission corrections and payout changes can add new entries rather than overwrite earlier financial facts.

7. Your control and rights

Depending on applicable law, you may request access to, correction or deletion of personal data, restriction of processing or data portability, and may object to certain processing. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing. You may also complain to a competent data protection authority.

Contact support below with a request. For data managed by a merchant’s program, contact that merchant as well so the responsible party can address it. Requests may require verification of your identity. Deletion rights can be limited by legal obligations and the need to retain financial records; deleting data in LiftVector does not delete records independently held by a payment provider.

8. Changes to this notice

We may update this notice as the service or legal requirements change. The revision date above identifies the current version. Material changes will be communicated where required by law.
